I've centered my personal goals and desires around this quotation, "Aspire to inspire before you expire." The truth is life is challenging it is a mixture of failures, heartbreaks, victories, realizations, adjustments, learning, and growing. Ultimately, the act of becoming inspired and inspiring. I've always believed there has been a great difference between being "well known" and someone "worth knowing." A difference between reputation and legacy and an immense distinction between accident and destiny. I've always believed everyone was created for a specific purpose with a different set of skills, talents, and abilities. I believe in the impossible, that nothing is beyond our reach; and my deepest aspiration is to convince others that their dreams our worth living for.

 

Upon entering collegiate life I will major in clinical psychology while minoring in philosophy while attending Georgia State University. One of my short term goals is to get acclimated to college by becoming financially stable. I plan on staying on campus for student housing for the entirety of my undergraduate years. During my years I plan to create a student lead organization entitled, Surface. This organization will be dedicated to the personal development of young individuals and assisting them with issues concerning themselves while providing with a safe environment to express themselves. I would like to further pursue my education by having a series of internships at a variety of doctors’ offices.

 

In ten years, I expect to have a  PH.D in Clinical Psychology, stable clientele, and my own private practice. Once my office is created and thriving I plan to dedicate 3 years of my life to traveling, philanthropy, and research on my personal experiences interacting with people from third world countries. My hope is to make an incredible impact on the way people value life by detailing my travels in the publication of my book. When I return to the United States I will continue with psychology. In an effort to be remembered as a person who ensured no one was forgotten. How will you be remembered?
